These terms and conditions are applicable to all Emerald Cowboy Corp product that are sold to you from Emeraldcowboy.co.
By ordering from our website, phone, or email you guarantee that you are a legitimate customer in accordance with the terms and conditions set here on this site and you agree to these Conditions of Sale.
These Conditions apply to any form of sale that happens between you( costumer) and us (company) from the time and date the order(s) is(are) placed.
Emerald Cowboy Corp may modify the Conditions of Sale from time to time, at its sole discretion, and your continued use and/or registration following such change will signify your agreement to be bound in the future by the modified Conditions of Sale.

3. Payment by Credit Card & Paypal
Emerald Cowboy Corp accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
By ordering from this website you will be required to include legitimate information of yourself therefore represent and confirm that you are the legitimate holder of the credit-card in use on this website.
By ordering over the phone you will be required to answer few questions including your credit card and 3 to 4 digit number at the back of your credit card. Your telephone conversation will be recorded for security reasons and retained for the statutory period.
By paying with credit or debit card Emerald Cowboy must check for validation and authorization by the card issuer. If issuer refuses to authorize payment to Emerald Cowboy, you must contact the card issuer and resolve the problem. Emerald Cowboy is not liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Once authorization is granted, the amount you purchased will be blocked on your card until order is dispatched to address on file that you've provided on Emerald Cowboy Corp.

4. Proof of Agreement
Prove of payment and Confirmation of Order that are sent via email are deemed and received if costumer (you) has access to an email address.
The Confirmation of Order in any automatic matter is prove between you and Emerald Cowboy Corp.
Emerald Cowboy will preserve your information for a period of three (3) years These records are made available to you by sending a legally notarized letter to: Emerald Cowboy Corp 1402- 1053 10 Street S.W. 5. Shipping Policy
ECBC will only ship to safe locations in the world. If such location is unsafe we will notify you and proceed to deliver with your acknowledgement. If you acknowledge it we are not responsible for the item/s delivered. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and hotels.
Delivery costs are charged to you unless specified that we pay for such items delivery. Costs of delivery are calculated depending on which item has been bought and location of delivery.
Package delivery time: To calculate the time of your item we will send you a confirmation of such shipment through email or fax. Once this is delivered you may calculate such delivery time.
We will do our best to ensure accuracy of delivery dates and times.

8. Returning policy
you may return your product within 7 days after it has arrived to your location.Please note that Emerald Cowboy Corp does not pay for return shippings. You (costumer) must contact Emerald Cowboy Corp. Before returning any item bought by you, if you do not contact Emerald Cowboy Corp. to ensure security of item then Emerald Cowboy Corp. Will not be responsible for such item lost within the process. Once arrangements of return have been answered you may proceed to return item. Final sale items cannot be returned unless discussed with one of our managers via E-mail, or Phone number.
Return Period You may return your item within (7) days of receipt of the product.
9.Return Process
I) Call the Customer Contact Center or Email 1+403-926-0353 to request a Return Authorization Number. II) Fill out the required information, list your Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the return form and sign it, III) Include the
completed return form with the product, all its accessories, the Product Manual, the Certificate of Authenticity, the Warranty Card and all other documents, in its original box and delivery package, IV) Seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid delivery label to it, V) Drop the package at any Fedex or UPS location or call Fedex or UPS to arrange pick-up.
10. Conditions to Return a Product
Item returned to ECBC must be in perfect conditions with original features. Once item has arrived at ECBC warehouse we will check for accuracy of item. If such item is damaged or has missing features we will call to discuss appropriate charges. If item is accurately as it left warehouse before being returned we will refund your money.
11. Refunds and gifts
if this is a gift being returned we will require gift certificate and other information that may be appropriate to accept item.
12.Exchanges
following appropriate steps an item can be exchanged. If items cost is more than item being exchanged then you will have to pay difference. If item cost is less than item being exchanged then you will be refunded difference. ECBC has the right to refuse any exchanges for several reasons.
13.Customer's right to cancel telephone sales
if you do not want product recently bought you must contact us by phone or E-mail within 3 exact days from date item has been purchased. If you receive item you must refuse accepting it so it may come back to our warehouse. If cancellation takes longer than 3 days you will have to pay returning fee and cancelation fee. Cancelation fee will not exceed 5% of total cost of item.

Registration is required for purchasing any product from Emerald Cowboy Corp to keep security at its highest. You must be of at least 18 years of age to purchase any product from Emerald Cowboy Corp or have a guardian parent to approve such purchase. This applies from anywhere in the world.
Any costumer who breaches any terms and conditions from Emerald Cowboy Corp
will be terminated and shall not buy from us or have any privileges that any other costumer may have. Items bought through Emerald Cowboy Corp cannot be re-sold unless it is firstly communicated with Emerald Cowboy Corp associates and owners.

Emerald Cowboy Corp has the right to make changes to shippings, dates and times for security purposes.
16. Prices, Tax and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Canadian Dollars, Taxation of 5% will be charged to item. GST is included in all items. Shipping will be charged to you unless stated that we pay for shipping.

if you order from website you must click the item you want to purchase and add it to the cart. You may add as many items as you want. Once you are done purchasing you may click card and pay from whichever method of payments are shown on the website shopping site.

You should carefully check all details before placing your order through the Customer Contact Center or Website, as well you should carefully read everything about the item to get a really good idea of the item(s) you are buying.
Once you have confirmed and placed your order you will be sent information about shipping and such. Please keep any information with you for at least 30 days from purchase.

If you purchase a “Gift” for someone you will have the option to choose whether you wish to receive an invoice.
